10 Weekly Goals: Changing Direction

Every Sunday evening, in my Weekly Planning Hour I review my yearly goals and set goals for the week ahead. I have six different life areas that I have set goals in. Reviewing those big yearly intentions and seeing them broken down into smaller weekly goals has been motivating and encouraging. Keeping in mind the 5 habits of a mindful mama, I have even been able to cross some of these goals off my list!

At the end of last week two direction changing emails landed in my inbox. Since embarking on my own Project Zero I have been checking and wading through hundreds of emails to reach that goal (or at least close too). The first email to arrive was from Melisa at Waldorf Essentials, answering a few questions I had asked about the Thinking Feeling Willing program, the flagship of Waldorf Essentials. Melisa is just lovely and she was able to connect with me through that email and spoke words that I needed to hear. I knew then that I wanted (needed) to work more with her through the Thinking Feeling Willing community. I feel like I have come home. It is exactly what I need right now and I can’t wait to share with you all how TFW is helping me connect with my children and be a playful mama.

The second email was from Money Saving Mom on the launch day of her 14 Day Online Course Make Over Your Mornings. Ever since reading Say Goodbye To Survival Mode I have been waiting for this. I signed up immediately and joined the FB group for chit chat with a shared interest community. I have been getting up early for over two months now (but it’s not about getting up early!) so I am really looking forward to hearing Crystal’s ideas on being intentional with this time, because when it works, early mornings set the tone for the rest of the day.  I cannot wait to start on Monday!
