This week we have been exploring all things bubbles. We explored using our hands to create bubbles. We had bundles of fun with our up-cycled bubble wands. These activities have been big hits with the kids, but then again, bubbles always are fascinating and fun for all kids.
Sensory activities allow children to explore their world and learn about it. As Maria Montessori says:
I hear and I forget. I see and I remember.I do and I learn.
Today I want to share six sensory activities I found on last weeks The Weekly Kids Co-Op. I love how they are all a little bit different and each has their own level of mess factor, allowing you to choose the level you are most comfortable with 🙂
Now it is time for this weeks The Weekly Kids’ Co-Op!
Heads up: I’ll be looking for activities that use up-cycled and recycled materials, to feature next week!
