Chook turned four at the end of August. Four! Wow, where did the time go? He really wanted a Monster theme party (again!). Last year we had a small party down at the park with a few friends. He adored the Monster Cupcakes and I think that is why he wanted a Monster party, so I would make the cupcakes again! I was planning to do them for him, but I was so inspired by what I was finding on Pinterest I just ran out of time to make them too! Find our Monster Theme Cupcakes here.
Cute Monster Theme Decorations
Quick and Easy instructions to make the tissue paper decorations at happy together. Following her instructions I could whip one up in 10 minutes. Older children could make these very easily. I hung two small tissue paper decorations on the gate and two large ones hung at the corners of the backdrop. To make them cute monster theme decorations, I cut the ends to a point, creating that ‘monster teeth’ effect. That cute little monster on the sign is from babystardesign from a clip art set called Cute Monsters.
The gorgeous monster cut outs you see on our backdrop and along the table come from Picklebums. Kate offers them as a FREE printable! Perfect for our cute monster theme decorations.

I had so much fun putting this Monster party together and the delight on all the kids faces made the effort worth it! Everything in these pictures was made at home and the kids helped with painting the large monsters. I hope we have inspired you with our cute monster theme decorations for your next party!
